Manually Adding a Student or Athlete to a Team Roster

1. Log In and Navigate to Add Personnel 0:14

  • Log in to the Gear Locker system as a coach.
  • Navigate to the top right corner of the screen.
  • Click on the plus sign (+) to open the menu.

2. Select Add Personnel 0:21

  • From the menu options, select 'Add Personnel'.
  • This option allows you to manually add a student or athlete to your roster.

  • Input the student's name (e.g., John Smith).
  • Optionally, add the student's email and phone number for future notifications.
  • Include the student's graduation year to receive notifications when they graduate.
