  • Apply firm pressure to the heat press until you feel a click.
  • Once the click is felt, allow the countdown timer to begin.
  • Wait until the timer reaches zero and the press opens automatically.
  • Remove the Teflon paper and then remove the protective covering from the label.
  • Confirm the heat press application is complete and the QR code label is secured.

Cautionary Notes

  • Use caution when working around a hot heat press to avoid burns.
  • Do not remove the label or protective covering before the press cycle is complete.
  • Ensure the QR code label is positioned correctly before pressing, as repositioning after heat application may damage the label or garment.
  • Handle the industrial paper cutter carefully to avoid injury.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Pre-cut multiple QR code labels at once to speed up production.
  • Organize by garment size or placement location before pressing.
  • Keep Teflon paper nearby so it can be placed quickly after positioning the label.
  • Verify the press temperature before starting each batch to maintain consistency.
