Objective
This SOP explains how to quickly and accurately link QR codes to uniforms after heat pressing them. Following this process helps ensure each item is matched correctly in the app and reduces errors caused by manual entry.
Key Steps
1. Open the correct team and product category 0:16
- Open the app and navigate to the correct sport/team category.
- Example path shown in the transcript: Football → Varsity Football.
- Select the specific product group you are working with, such as Game Jersey White Away.
- If needed, rotate the device sideways and zoom in to make the item list easier to read.
2. Navigate to the correct size group 0:33
- Use the left arrow to expand or collapse the product list as needed.
- Scroll down until you reach the size section.
- Locate the size you are currently processing, such as Medium.
- Confirm you are in the correct size group before linking any QR codes.
3. Open the item list for the selected size 0:42
- Click the link arrow on the right side of the selected size.
- This opens the full list of items for that size.
- Verify the list matches the items you are working on before starting the linking process.
4. Link each QR code to the matching item 0:48
- Review the list and identify items that still show 0 QR codes linked.
- Select the first item in the list.
- Click Link QR Code.
- Allow camera access when prompted.
- Scan the QR code and confirm it links to the correct item.
- Repeat the process for each remaining item in the size group.
5. Continue linking items efficiently and accurately 1:19
- Use the scan-and-link method instead of typing QR codes manually.
- Continue item by item until all uniforms in the current size are linked.
- Move to the next size group once the current one is complete.
- Example from the transcript: four medium white jerseys were linked before moving on.
Cautionary Notes
- Do not manually type QR codes unless absolutely necessary. Manual entry increases the risk of typos.
- Confirm you are in the correct team, product, and size group before linking codes.
- Make sure camera access is enabled so scanning works properly.

- Do not skip items that still show zero linked QR codes.
